The RED lines mark the eruv boundary. 

The GREEN lines show the only way into Yale New Haven Hospital staying within the Eruv via either Park Street or Howard Avenue and using the Children’s Emergency Entrance.

Obviously:

• If you're not carrying anything you can go into the hospital from any entry point,

• If there is even a doubt that someone is in a life threatening situation, you must get in a car or call an ambulance and go straight to the Emergency Room via the quickest route.
